Exuberant Praise!

I have been meaning to add this post for two or three weeks but I have been busy! I sound like a broken record! But God is good, all the time!

We had an awesome service the other night. Bro. & Sis Miller & Bro. & Sis King that are involved in the Amish Ministry had driven all night from Ohio. They came to get one Amish lady (Rachel) to come to church. That is in itself a message. What kind of price would you pay to see one soul find God?

Rachel came in the door of the church with her hands up worshipping God! Every once in awhile she would let out a whoop and just throw her hands up with exuberant praise!

At the end of the service she came forward and received her personal experience with God. She was so excited that spoke in tongues and she danced and worshiped. She was the spark for the whole service.

Later Pastor Trout baptized her and she came up out of the water rejoicing! As she was getting her clothes changed we could hear her continuing to rejoice in the changing room and Pastor said we might as well rejoice with her so we had a great time rejoicing with her. It was an exciting time.

I will ask you to pray for Rachel she has already been “shunned” by the Amish Community and needs your prayers at this time. She also has two wonderful children about 8 years old. We have prayed for all of them that God would help them at this time!
