SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT............

Someone sent this to me so I thought I would share it with you!

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head. Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?" So she did and she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. "H-M-M," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?" So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. "Well," she said, "today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head. "YEA!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak kindly.......

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

We are dancing in the rain today, not only spiritually but physically. The much needed rain is here and what a blessing. What true words you wrote, Attitude is Everything. Love, Aunt Karen

Thanks for your comments Ronda and Aunt Karen. I have always worked closely with the "Attitudes" especially with our young people. Even my wife has been sensitive to others and not only what they say but the tone they use. They can have all kinds of talents but if the "Attitude" is not right God will not anoint it. I really worked on this with Bible Quizzers over the years. Winning is not everthing. You have got to win or lose with the right spirit!

Kevin, I've been meaning to comment on this post, but just haven't. I don't have anything to add to it, because you said it just right! I just LOVE the story!!! LOL! Mother always said when I came in telling her someone had done me "wrong"...."Well, it doesn't matter what they did, you just make sure your attitude is right!" I hated it when she said this to me, but it taught me a life-long lesson. Thank you for the reminder.

Well Linda my mom must have heard your mother say it, because I have heard it too! I am sure that we both needed to hear it! LOL!
